By scheduling or receiving services from ONEDOG, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms in full. These policies govern appointment booking, care requirements, owner responsibilities, assumptions of risk, and releases of liability.
2.1 Appointments are by advance booking only. Due to the individualized nature of our grooming and wellness services, space is limited.
2.2 Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without fee.
2.3 No‑shows or cancellations with fewer than 48 hours’ notice may be charged up to 100% of the booked service price.
3.1 For the safety of all pets and staff, clients must confirm that their dog is current on Rabies as required by Florida law, and recommended vaccinations such as Distemper, Parvovirus, and Bordetella prior to the grooming appointment, unless a licensed veterinarian has provided medical exemption documentation.
3.2 Clients must disclose all known health conditions (e.g., skin issues, allergies, orthopedic conditions, seizures, diabetes, etc.) at the time of booking and upon check‑in.
3.3 If a dog is known to be contagious, ill, or has not been cleared by a vet, ONEDOG may decline service to protect all pets in our care.
4.1 ONEDOG prioritizes a calm, low‑stress environment.
4.2 Clients must disclose any history of aggression, biting, extreme fear, or reactivity. If withheld and discovered later, the groom may be stopped immediately and the full booking fee still applies.
4.3 ONEDOG reserves the right to refuse or discontinue grooming at any time if a dog’s behavior poses risk to staff or other pets.
Grooming and wellness services involve interactions with tools, products, and handling that may trigger natural reactions in dogs. Common but unintended outcomes include (without limitation):
While ONEDOG uses advanced techniques (low‑stress handling, Fear Free–informed methods, aromatherapy, careful drying, etc.), no grooming environment can be completely risk free.
6.1 By signing below, Client agrees to release, waive, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ONEDOG, its owners, employees, independent contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from services rendered, including but not limited to:
6.2 Client agrees that in the event of an emergency (e.g., injury, acute reactions, distress), ONEDOG may seek veterinary care for the dog at Client’s expense if Client cannot be immediately reached.
6.3 This waiver and hold harmless agreement is intended to be read in the broadest possible sense permitted by Florida law.
If medical intervention is required during or immediately following grooming, and Client cannot be reached, ONEDOG may authorize emergency veterinary treatment at the Client’s expense. Client agrees to promptly reimburse or pay all associated costs.
Because grooming inherently involves variable factors such as coat condition, behavior, and environmental sensitivities, ONEDOG cannot guarantee specific grooming outcomes. Estimates may be provided but final service details may vary.
Client consents that ONEDOG may take photos or videos of the pet before, during, and after grooming for internal documentation, marketing, promotional use, and social media, unless Client expressly opts out in writing.
10.1 Full payment is due at the time services are rendered.
10.2 Deposits may be required to secure future appointments.
10.3 Returned checks, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may incur additional fees.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.
